Ingenero’s industry leading plain English warranty for solar power products warranties for 10 years, against failures, defects and poor workmanship. No other supplier in the industry has the confidence in their products and their workmanship to offer such extensive comfort to their customers. 

This means:
• If a product we sold you fails or breaks within 10 years of installation*, we fix it or we replace it.
• This includes solar panels, inverters, mounting frames, circuit breakers, junction boxes, conduits and cabling that we install.
• If, while we are installing the products for you, we break something, we will come back and fix it, or otherwise replace the item.
• This is a service we provide to you at your premises.

In addtion, we give you a solar panel output performance guarantee of 25 years. The output guarantee means that solar panels are guaranteed to produce at least 80% of the rated output for25 years or we will replace them at no cost to you. Similarly, we have extended the industry norm of 5 years for inverter warranty to 10 years as well. A complete package that ensures you maximise the power being generated by your system day in, day out.

Note that the Aero-Sharp warranty is a 10 year manufacturers warranty.

This warranty does not cover:
• Your existing electrical installation, wiring, and fuse box.
• Any malicious damage. Any damage caused by vermin, animals or pests.
• Any consequential or other loss suffered by you in connection with the installation of our products or our products failing or breaking.
• Any damage to your property (other than products we sold you) caused by our products failing or breaking.
• Any “acts of God”, eg lightning, hail, storm or flood damage, and damage normally covered by your householder’s property insurance.

If anyone other than an Ingenero installer, contractor, or other Ingenero authorised person works on the solar installation at any time, then this warranty is no longer valid.

For solar hot water and heat pump products

Ingenero customers are covered by a five year warranty against failures, defects and poor workmanship on all solar hot water and heat pump products.

This means:

• if a product we sold you fails or breaks within five years of installation, we fix it or we replace it. Our warranty covers solar collectors, controllers, mounting frames, pumps, valves, plumbing, circuit breakers, junction boxes, conduits and cabling
• if our contracted plumber breaks something during installation, we will arrange for them to come back and fix it or otherwise make good any damage to your property
• we provide this service to you at your premises – you don’t suffer the inconvenience of having to send components away for repair.

This warranty does not cover:

• your existing plumbing or electrical installation, wiring, and fuse box
• any malicious damage, or any damage caused by vermin, animals or pests
• any 'acts of God', eg lightning, hail, storm or flood damage, and damage normally covered by your householder’s property insurance.

For Apricus products, your manufacturer’s warranty is 15 years for the mounting frame and heat transfer header, and 10 years for the evacuated tubes and heat pipes. All other components have a five year warranty.

If anyone other than an Ingenero-approved installer, contractor, or other Ingenero-authorised person works on the solar installation at any time, this warranty is no longer valid.
