Our systems are designed around a philosophy of maximum power output and are backed by industry leading warranties. We are committed to ensuring that all of our associates use accurate and straight forward methods of communications. This extends to our customers being able to choose how they wish to contact us, meet with us, their preferred method of payment and how any follow up communication after a sale or quote is made.
How you can provide us with feedback
Our company is always striving to provide the highest level of service and communication, not only with our own customers, but with the wider solar community. We do ask all of our customers to complete a customer satisfaction form on completion of an installation, and we use this to improve our service. If a customer or affiliate has any issues or queries to be passed on regarding our service, these can be directed to any manager in order to be dealt with swiftly and positively within the company. We always welcome feedback from anyone who's had contact with Ingenero.
Our refund and cancellation policy
Ingenero requires a minimum of two full working days notice of any cancellations. Failure to provide this notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit. However, should your roof not be suitable for installation you will receive a full refund.
Our warranty policy
Ingenero is proud of our industry leading, plain English warranty. This is 10 years for solar power products and 5 years for solar hot water products.
