Refer A Friend Terms and Conditions
Referring Customer
- Any Ingenero customer* that has a Client ID Number** from a past Ingenero solar installation or quote.
- The ‘referring customer’ must have a completed and paid for installation from Ingenero.
- The ‘referring customer’ can refer multiple ‘new customers’ and will be eligible for multiple gift cards if the following conditions are met.
New Customer
- A ‘new customer’ must have signed a contract with Ingenero for Ingenero to install solar power at their residence.
- The ‘new customer’ must have their solar system installed and all outstanding accounts paid to Ingenero for the ‘referring customer’ to be eligible to receive the gift card
- Due to privacy legislation, the new customer must sign up with Ingenero by themselves and not by the ‘referring customer’
Not Eligible
- When the ‘new customer’ is already an existing customer of Ingenero’s - for example, they already have an Ingenero solar PV or hot water system installed at their business or home and they already have an Ingenero Client ID Number.
- Ingenero staff, family and friends, partners, sales agents and affiliates are not eligable for a referral gift card.

- The Refer a Friend campaign is while stocks last
- The gift card value is subject to change at any time
- The gift card eligibility is subject to change at any time

Solar Friend Discount
- There is no Solar Friend discount on 1.5kW, 2kW and 2.5kW systems
- The Solar Friend discount is set on a sliding scale and is dependent on the size of the system purchased
- Not combinable with any other offer or discount

* Ingenero customer: does not include Ingenero employees, contractors, affiliates and suppliers.
** Client ID Number: The Ingenero customer reference, or Client ID number, on all correspondence from Ingenero.
