Terms and Conditions for free installation offer

Ingenero is providing EcoWatt residential solar power monitoring at no extra cost with all new installations, subject to the following terms and conditions;

• Must be installed at the same time as a new solar power installation to qualify as a free installation.
• Installation is free for one (1) inverter only, multiple inverters are not supported.
• Inverter must be sited within 30 meters of the customers broadband modem/router (longer cable runs at an additional time and materials rate).
• Free install is for a standard single story house (with roof space access) install, within 75 km of Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, or Adelaide GPO. Double story installs, highset and cathedral ceiling install may be done for an extra charge.
• Ingenero can not guarantee availability of EcoWatt outside the free installation areas listed above.
• Prices do not include any needed additional cabling, any trenching, boring or drilling though walls of concrete or stone, or any conduit or extra cabling costs.
• Prices are subject to a normal site inspection, extra site costs may apply.

The customer must provide the following;

• A Cable or ADSL broadband internet connection with a spare Ethernet port available, Wireless 3G and Satellite broadband ARE NOT supported. 
• A mains power outlet within 1.5m of where the monitor will be installed
• A location to mount the monitoring unit within 1.5m of the customer’s broadband modem is required; this must be an indoor or protected area
