We are hiring, currently we are looking for the following roles in our Brisbane office;

Customer Service Officer – Seventeen Mile Rocks

Ingenero is seeking an experienced and passionate customer service professional to join their close knit customer service team on a full time basis. Ingenero is looking for someone who can empathetically assist customers to solve warranty issues, as well as other inquiries and complaints, efficiently and at the highest standard.

Duties will vary in this role making it diverse and interesting but it is also challenging position. The right person will be rewarded by working with wonderful, supportive team members in a positive and innovative environment.

To be considered for the role, you will possess the following qualities:

• 5 years’ experience in a customer service related role
• High level of attention to detail
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• A high degree of personal care
• Experience in using a CRM system (preferred but not essential)
• High proficiency in Microsoft office
• Professional and friendly telephone manner

Solar Sales Consultant
